Think About Not Thinking. Total Awareness State Through Meditation

At 1st thinking about not thinking seems an absurd concept, but in reality it is where we find our deepest truths we understand what we really want to be as a human being in how we choose to evolve. The question is how do we get to that state of thinking about not thinking. A state of total awareness of non thought? The only way to achieve this state is through meditation, a practice that does not happen in 10 minutes, but rather over 10 years 20 years 30 years until we find a state of perfect equalised perfection where thoughts find stillness in we listen to our spirit that connects with the fine-fluidal realm and shares with us all the deepest truths about the creation. Thinking about not thinking that is where your future lies.
